Easy Healthy Recipe, that I will share with you. It is filling and tastes wonderful!
Impossible Salmon & Asparagus Pie
Ingredients:1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces (2 cups)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese (6 oz)
1 can (6 oz.) skinless boneless pink salmon, drained
1/2 cup Bisquick or Pioneer Mix
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp pepper
2 eggs
Fix:Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Pam a deep dish pie plate (glass is best)
Sprinkle asparagus, onions, 3/4 cup of the cheese and the salmon into the plate.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over the mixture in the pie plate.
Bake 30 - 35 mins until done in center. It usually takes a little longer (especially if you add extra cheese).
When done, sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake about 2 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
Let stand a few minutes, eat and enjoy!!!!
